Tapestry Crochet with ashME!
All the tapestry crochet patterns from ashme5280 will be created using the same technique.
Visual Introduction to Tapestry Crochet:
- Each row is started with a 4 inch tail of all yarn colors (10 inch tail if you plan on wrapping around a shower rod), and ended with a 4 inch tail of all yarn colors.
- All stitches are Single Crochet in the BACK LOOP ONLY.
- All colors are carried through the entire row, end to end.
- You swap colors out by using a seamless color change technique.
- Each row is worked with right side facing, the piece will either have the rows running horizontally RIGHT to LEFT or vertically (top to bottom, but will feel RIGHT to LEFT when working).
